Sullivan Pugh singing 'Let the Work I've Done Speak for Me.' Needing help to walk and speaking softly into the microphone, Pugh accepted his award for his life's accomplishments. Then he broke out in song and energized the room with the depth and the tone of his voice. The theme of the night became "I was there."
